Candle Care

Always burn candles within sight, on a flat heat-resistant surface, and out of reach of children and pets.

Before exhausting the first flame, it is important to allow your candle to burn long enough for the full top layer of wax to melt completely -forming a pool.
[This prevents tunneling and unused wax residue.]

Trim wicks to 1/8” and remove any debris before re-lighting.
[This helps minimize smoke or soot, and will prevent your candle from overheating.]

Burn for 2-3 hours at a time and never longer than 4 hours.
[A general rule of thumb is to burn a candle for as many hours as it is wide in inches.]

When less than 1/4” of wax remains it is time to retire your candle and repurpose or recycle the glass tumbler.
[This ensures that the glass will not overheat or potentially break. Our glasses are specially designed with a heavy glass base to help prevent this from happening.]

 Enjoy!
